Privacy Policy
Plain words about what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
Effective 28 October 2026
Who we are
#ThinkSocial, LLC is a marketing and virtual assistant agency in Poquoson, Virginia. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean ThinkSocial. Questions go to nelson@thinksocialco.com.
What we collect on this website
- Partnership form. When you send the form on our Partner With Us page, we keep what you type: your name, email, company, website, partnership type and message. It is stored with our host, Cloudflare, and emailed to our team through our email provider, Resend. We use it only to reply to you.
- Booking a call. Our calendar is run by Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects your details under its own privacy policy and shares them with us so we can meet you.
- Proposals. If you open a password protected proposal, we set one cookie that remembers you entered the password. It holds no personal details.
- Fonts and hosting. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, and the site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web server, they see basic request details such as your IP address and browser.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies on this website.
Client services
When you hire us, we work inside the accounts you give us access to, such as your store, ad accounts, email platform or social pages. We handle that information only on your behalf and only to do the work you asked for. It stays yours, and we do not use it for anyone else.
ThinkSocial Insights and Google user data
ThinkSocial Insights, at insights.thinksocialco.com, is our internal reporting dashboard. Our team signs in with Google and connects the accounts we manage for clients so we can show each client their results.
With your permission, Insights reads:
- Google Analytics, read only, to report website traffic and sales.
- Google Ads, for reporting only. Insights reads campaign performance and never creates, changes or pauses ads.
We use this data only to build reports for the client whose accounts it is. We never sell it, never use it for advertising, never use it to train AI models, and never share it with anyone except that client.
ThinkSocial Insights' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Meta data
Insights also connects to Meta through Facebook sign in. It reads ad performance (ads_read) and lists the ad accounts a business can reach (business_management). It does not create, edit or spend on ads. The same rules apply: client reporting only, never sold, never used for advertising or AI training, never shared beyond the client.
How we store and protect it
The access and refresh tokens that let Insights read Google and Meta data are encrypted at rest with AES GCM and stored in Cloudflare D1. Reports are stored there too, so clients can see their results over time. Only our team can reach this data, and we keep access to the people who do the work.
Retention and deletion
We keep tokens only while an account stays connected, and reports for as long as we work with the client. Form messages are kept while they are useful for the conversation. Ask us at any time and we will delete your stored tokens and data.

Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the effective date at the top. If a change affects how we use Google or Meta data, we will tell connected users before it takes effect.
